Main Street settles it in the ring
Ten years ago a piece of sky iron fell over the high desert and shattered into glittering stones. In the rush town of Cinder Gap every dispute is fought in public, with the stones as the stakes. Three stones and you evolve: for a little while you become the shape of what you want most.
Three stones, one evolution
Knock the diamonds out of your rivals. Hold three and your hero evolves: harder hits, a special and an ultimate of its own, for thirty seconds.
Grab anything
Sabers, revolvers, dynamite, a sledgehammer, a frying pan and magic staffs drop from boxes. Crates and barrels are for throwing, and the heavy heroes rip out the lamp posts. Food heals whoever gets there first.
Easy to pick up
Aim assist and soft targeting do the pointing, so a new friend lands hits in the first match. The depth is in the timing, the items and the evolutions.

19 heroes, and counting
Every hero has a weapon, a silhouette and an evolution of their own. New ones join every few weeks.

Bolt
The Magic Lantern. A little projector robot who watched every brawl from the back of the hall and wants to be the biggest one in the ring. Three stones make him THE VAULT.

Brann
The Chained Blade. A scarred warrior who chained his huge sword shut on his back, and his rage with it. Three stones and the demon in him breaks the chain.

Hanzo
The Storm Ronin. A timing duelist: every hit he takes is a spark he pays back, and his Heavy is a stance you hold, then release.

Hayato
The Seal Brawler. A cocky red haired fistfighter from the shrine roads who learned a little talisman craft; three stones and every seal answers him.

Hitch
The Junk Cowboy. Six shells, a pistol whip, and a shot from the hip that hurts most up close.

Juniper
The Dune Runner. A scavenger bunny of the dunes who kicks faster than you can blink and thumps the ground to trip you. Evolved, the desert raider of the legends draws two brass revolvers.

Kara
Kara, the hand painted warrior: long legged kicks and a kick she loads. She evolves into SKY VALKYRIE, white and gold wings, a winged crown and her two crescent blades drawn.

Malai
The Wandering Blade. A swordswoman from the south who fights with her feet and her straw hat, the katana kept sheathed until she must. Evolved, the dancer spirit draws it.

Mojo
The Little Monkey. The silly swordsman everyone laughed at, who slaps, whips his tail and lobs bananas, and one day becomes the serious gorilla he always wanted to be.

Office Guy
Overtime. A tired clerk who has been pushed around all his life. Three stones, and his dream body bursts out of his shirt: MUSCLE GUY charges, grabs and takes over.

Redd
The Castaway. A bare knuckle sailor his crew left on a sandbar, and one day the sea gives him back as the ghost captain it obeys.

Ren
The Sealed. A barefoot kid covered in runes that hold back a power he cannot control: his fists leak it, and a punch held long enough calls lightning down. Three stones and the seals break: ASCENDED floats, calm, and casts what he really is.

Rex
The Dojo Tiger. A bare handed brawler from Main Street's dojo who hits like the tiger on its banner, and one day becomes it.

Rusovsky
The Last Round. A big cheerful drunk who fights with a bottle: whole it smashes, broken it cuts and leaves you bleeding. Evolved, the camps' old bear rises in him.

Sumi
The Petal Thief. Plants petal traps, throws a fan that comes back, and is gone before the bell stops ringing.

Tetsu
The Masked Ronin. A big swordless ronin who grabs and throws; the red oni mask rides on the side of his head until he pulls it down and becomes it.

The Boss
The Boss, a meme with a cigar: a street fight string of hooks, a low kick and an uppercut, and a high kick he loads that sends the foe flying very high. A heavy: he rips lamp posts out.

Yuna
The Inked. A quick palm fighter with a dragon tattooed down her right arm, and one day the ink comes off her skin to fight beside her.

Zahra
The Perfumer of the Dune Roads. A caravan guard and poisoner: kicks to keep a raider a leg away, flasks thrown at the ground or at him, pools that poison whoever stands in them; evolved, her mother's daggers.
The arenas
Each map has its own hazards and props to pick up and throw.
